Background: PharmD, MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related field; QA/QC or supply chain knowledge a plus.
Experience: 5–10+ years in pharma/biotech, hands-on serialization, partner onboarding (CMO/3PL/MAH), regulatory compliance (EU FMD/US DSCSA).
Project Description
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for serialization using TraceLink:
End-to-end onboarding of CMOs, 3PLs and partners (connection, master data, EPCIS, aggregation, UAT, go-live)
Technical setup, configuration and support of serialization systems
Ppoint of contact for daily serialization operations
Proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting and issue escalation
Management of serialization master data
Support of regulatory-compliant launches in target markets
Support of SOP and work instruction development
End-user training and stakeholder coordination
