Client is looking for an expert in Health Economics and Market Access, capable of managing the development of medico-economic dossiers (CEESP) and contributing to pricing and reimbursement strategies (CEPS).
The ideal candidate has a strong command of HEOR methodologies, an in-depth understanding of French regulatory requirements (HAS, CEPS), and proven experience in economic modeling, data analysis, and dossier writing. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to represent strategic priorities to health authorities.
You are:
• Experienced, with at least 10 years of professional background, including consulting and healthcare industry experience.
• Educated to a high scientific or medical level, with an advanced degree in Health Economics, Market Access, Pharmacoeconomics, or Epidemiology—or from a leading institution with specialization in Statistics or Data Science, complemented by healthcare training.
• Ideally with additional training in modeling or biostatistics (software: R, Excel/VBA, SAS).

Experience and Skills
• Health Economics: Proven experience in designing and implementing health economic models (Markov, partitioned survival, individual patient simulation, discrete event simulation, dynamic transmission models), with a publication record in economic modeling.
• French Healthcare System Knowledge: Strong understanding of the French healthcare system, market access, and reimbursement processes (Ministry of Health, HAS, ARS, etc.). Familiarity with healthcare databases (PMSI, SNIRAM, etc.) is an advantage.
• Client Network: Solid client network (private, public, or non-profit sectors), enabling the development and maintenance of high-quality professional relationships.
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management and Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing projects focused on results and continuous improvement.
• Financial and P&L Management: Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. Excellent command of project management, financial tracking, and performance monitoring tools.
• Communication and Relationships: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken), with an ability to work effectively in an international environment.

The Real-World Solutions (RWS) department focuses on the continuum of market access, with a team of more than 90 multidisciplinary and highly qualified consultants specialized in the use of real-world data.
Within this department, the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team combines scientific expertise, analytical rigor, and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system to address the complex challenges of market access and product value demonstration. Using real-world data and established methodologies, the team develops health economic models, budget impact and organizational analyses, as well as real-world evaluations to support CEESP submissions and price negotiations with the CEPS.

What is the role of a Principal?
As a Principal, you will lead a multidisciplinary team passionate about healthcare systems, organization, and financing.
Responsibilities – Strategy and Business Development of the HEOR Offering
• Define and challenge the strategy of the HEOR offering and actively contribute to its development, proposing new and innovative services and activities.
• Manage high-level client relationships, lead responses to RFPs, and oversee proposed budgets.
• Develop tailored solutions to address specific client needs and supervise their implementation.
• Contribute to communication, engagement, and business development initiatives to drive growth.
• Lead collaboration with other departments and functions within the organization to deliver integrated services and develop new offerings.
Responsibilities – Activity and Project Management
• Oversee the P&L of the team and the HEOR offering, ensuring alignment with defined business objectives and monitoring key financial and operational performance indicators (profitability, utilization rate, etc.).
• Bring strategic insight and experience to project delivery.
• Act as Principal-in-Charge (PIC) on projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Principals, Sales, Directors, etc.) and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities – Team Leadership and Development
• Contribute to team growth through recruitment, mentoring, training, and initiatives to motivate and retain talent.
• Directly manage several experts (economists, pharmacists, etc.) and support their professional development (objective setting, feedback loop).
• Provide technical training, coaching, and guidance to both junior and senior team members.
• Monitor and optimize team staffing and workload.
