Project Description
• Full responsibility for managing the sales team (Key Account Manager) of the affiliate (Germany / Austria / Switzerland)
• Responsible for all sales activities in the Territory of assigned accounts and regions
• Establish Sales Force Excellent and effectiveness program including coaching and individual development programs for the sales team
• Participate in business development using knowledge of country specificities and market research
• Analysing, Strategic Planning and Reporting
• Develop and maintain a strong KOL network in the territory
• Responsible for new product launches (sales & forecast)
