Profile Required
-Based in Italy (Milano)
-Graduates from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a minimum of about 5 years of experience.
-Ability to demonstrate creativity, project management skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Project Description
You will be involved in the following missions:
-Participating in deploying the Group’s digital strategy, collaborating with Business Units in Italy and internationally, raising awareness and training employees on digital challenges.
-Managing all project dimensions from conception to implementation.
-Assisting business teams in creating digital solutions and coordinating the redesign of existing offer interfaces in collaboration with IT teams.
-Managing end-to-end digital projects and programs of the Group, from conception to implementation and evaluation.
-Designing new digital journeys that meet user expectations, aligned with strategy and regulations.
-Conducting user tests to validate proposed solutions.
You will be responsible for handling innovative projects.
