Profile Required
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
-Proficiency in SQL, encompassing expertise in database management systems (DBMS), performance optimization, data analysis, and integration.
-Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle Data Integrator or similar ETL tools
-Capability to interpret SQL code and provide support for applications, reports, and processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Project Description
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry (phytotherapy). The main activities for this position will be based at our headquarters in Brussels. Flexible remote working arrangements can be discussed at interview. In this BI Analyst role, your objective is to build an overview of our company’s performance using KPIs, reporting and analysis, while providing ideas for continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
-Design and supervise BI solutions adapted to the pharmaceutical sector.
-Generate reports and manage Business Intelligence applications throughout their lifecycle.
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders in different business units.
-Analyze pharmaceutical business processes and identify needs.
-Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user guides.
-Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies through technological interventions.
-Identify areas for development to improve and streamline operations.
