Profile Required
• 5 years of experience as a Methods / Industrialization Manager in the electromechanical industry. Knowledge of electronics is a plus.

• Mission from 03/01/24 to 29/03/24 with possibility of extension until 30/06/24 depending on recruitment in progress.
Project Description
– In conjunction with the project team for the development of a new machine and respecting the objectives of deadlines, cost, production capacity and product quality:
o Define, implement and validate the methods and means and test benches (mechanical, electromechanical, HW, SW) necessary for in-house production, and subcontracting.
o Select suppliers and negotiate the purchase of resources, within budget and under approval by management.
o Driving creativity
o Manage the creation of technical data in SAP with all the departments concerned in support of the TDM technicians.
o Manage the production of the first machines from the final tooling (IOD) according to schedule.
– Ensure the operational maintenance (maintenance and troubleshooting) and the necessary evolutions (following product modifications in particular) of the means of production and testing internally or with certain subcontractors.
– Hierarchical responsibility for 1 methodology coordinator, 2 methods technicians, 2 technical data management technicians, 1 work-study soft development student.
