Project Description

Our client is looking for a Strategic and Operational Marketing Manager to be responsible for the complete management of their pharmaceutical products for Germany market.
The role involves developing market-specific marketing strategies and ensuring that products realize their full potential in the market.

-Product management :
• Oversee the strategic planning of pharmaceutical products
• Coordinate R&D efforts for new products
• Evaluate the profitability of existing and potential products
• Develop product launch plans

-Marketing :
• Create the annual plan
• Execute the plans to achieve growth objectives and financial targets
• Implement promotional/marketing campaigns in coordination with sales activities
• Establish, monitor and control the company marketing budget in line with the marketing plan. Report deviations to GM
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and outcomes
• Develop a high level of expertise on products and pathologies and act as such expert for the team
• Market assessment & research as required by corporate/European marketing departments to analyse and estimate potential for future and/or potential future products. This may include utilising the services of an external company
• Use field visits, exhibition, forums and local meetings to develop & maintain market knowledge including understanding the impact the changing markets will have on our products
• Develop market-specific marketing strategy
• Supervise the creation of promotional materials including brochures, etc.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to adapt sales strategies to local needs.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and gather customer data to adjust marketing strategies.
• Supervise and support the pharmaceutical sales representatives in collaboration with District Manager

-Regulatory compliance :
• Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations
• Collaborate closely with legal and regulatory departments to obtain necessary approvals
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and guidelines that impact pharmaceutical marketing practices

-Customer relationship management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders, KOL management
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

-Training program development :
• Collaborate with sales department to identify training needs for sales team
• Create and update training materials, including manuals and presentations
• Design and implement training curricula tailored to various roles within the pharmaceutical company, including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and sales.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members during training sessions in collaboration with District Manager
