pharmatch.co is an early-stage startup created by pharma professionals & providing the first pharma peer-to-peer recruiting platform connecting talented pharma candidates & healthcare industries (pharma, biotech, medtech, healthtech) worldwide in every expertise (R&D, Production, Commercial or Support functions) while using peer-to-peer / co-opting methods.

Your Mission :
Make freelancing a trusted new way of working for pharma Clients & build a unique community of pharma professionals.
Your Job :
Define & execute the marketing strategy for pharmatch.
Perform market research & competitive intelligence.
Animate & engage our community of pharma freelance experts through events & generation of impactful content online around pharma & freelancing.
Contribute to awareness around freelancing in pharma (launch digital marketing actions, draft articles, perform interviews, create webinars, write newsletter…).
Inbound marketing actions.
Create partnerships to support pharma freelancers & to develop pharmatch business.
Ensure all external communications made by pharmatch.
Manage marketing vendors & pharmatch matchmakers.
Definition of the marketing recruitment strategy.
Participate to the definition of the global strategy of the company.
Your Profile :
Entrepreneur / Intrapreneur mindset.
Experience in startup, web marketing & community management.
Good knowledge of the pharma industry environment.
Very good writing skills with a fresh & differentiating tone.
Open-minded, proactive, curious, digital-savvy, smiling, enthusiastic, creative, results-oriented, make it happen.
English fluent or native.
Business School (ideally + PharmD), close to graduation.
Tools : Proficient in Slack, Linkedin, MailChimp & last web marketing tools.
Timeline : ASAP or from September/October. Full-time (part-time flexibility). > 4-6 months.
Location : Lyon, France (remote flexibility).
Remuneration : internship basic salary.
Possible evolution to CMO role incl. royalties / equities depending on the performance during the internship.
